After the coming summer of sailing, hopefully out west as well, I plan to sail it in the next Sydney to Hobart race next Christmas. Anyone want to crew with me?
Some great features on this boat...
- steering wheel that goes to starboard and port side of boat
- self tacking headsail
- navigation lights on the bow - do I have them the right side?
- winches that tack the mainsail
- low draft keel for those shallow waters
- wheels in the bottom of the hull so that I can easily get the boat out of the water for maintenance
- anchor light
A bonus on this boat - it can with some work be rebuilt into a catamaran - do you know of any other sailboat that can do that?
